2: Description of Services

  1. The Provider shall offer the Student online Japanese learning services, guidebooks, and access to a community.

3: Terms of Use

  1. Tuition Fees:
    • The Student shall pay the predetermined amount in advance.
    • The payment method and deadline shall be specified separately by the Provider.
  2. Class Schedule:
    • The Student shall adhere to the schedule provided by the Provider.
    • For one-on-one lessons, any cancellation or rescheduling requests must comply with the following cancellation policy:

  1. The Provider may record lessons for quality improvement and internal review purposes.
  2. Recorded data will only be used internally and will not be shared with third parties without the Student's permission.
  3. The Student agrees not to object to such recordings.

5: Regulations Regarding Relationships with Instructors

  1. Prohibition of Direct Contact:
    • The Student is prohibited from exchanging personal contact information with instructors or engaging in direct communication without the Provider's approval.
  2. Prohibition of Solicitation:
    • The Student is prohibited from soliciting instructors to leave the Provider’s services and form direct employment or business relationships.
    • Any violation may result in a claim for damages by the Provider.

6: Suspension or Modification of Services

  1. The Provider may temporarily suspend or modify services due to unavoidable circumstances.
  2. In such cases, the Provider shall promptly notify the Student.

7: Student Responsibilities

  1. The Student shall adhere to the following responsibilities when using the services:
    • Treat other students and instructors with respect.
    • Ensure the necessary equipment and internet environment are prepared at their own expense.
  2. The Student shall comply with the rules and terms established by the Provider.

8: Termination of Agreement

  1. The Provider may terminate this Agreement in the following cases:
    • Failure of the Student to pay tuition fees.
    • Serious violations of the terms of use.
  2. If the Student wishes to terminate the Agreement, they must notify the Provider in advance.

9: Handling of Personal Information

  1. The Provider shall manage the Student's personal information appropriately and handle it in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  2. Personal information shall not be used for purposes other than service provision.

10: Dispute Resolution

  1. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved under the laws of Japan.

11: Intellectual Property Rights

  1. All materials created by the Provider (including videos, guidebooks, and documents) are the Provider's intellectual property and are protected by copyright law.
  2. The Student shall not:
    • Copy, modify, redistribute, or transfer the provided materials to third parties.
    • Use the materials for commercial purposes without the Provider's consent.
  3. In the event of unauthorized use or theft of the materials, the Provider reserves the right to take legal action.
  4. The Student acknowledges that the use of the materials is limited to the duration of the Agreement and personal use.

12: Miscellaneous

  1. Any changes to the Agreement will be notified to the Student in advance by the Provider.
